Senior Pastor
Brent Wagner
Brent Wagner is the founder and lead pastor of Voyage Calvary Chapel, Costa Mesa. Brent and his wife Brynn launched Voyage 21 years ago in Fountain Valley and most recently moved to Costa Mesa when the Mesa Verde church property became available. Brent has served in ministry for nearly 40 years and has a Master’s Degree from Calvary Chapel Bible College Graduate School. He has taught most recently at Calvary Chapel Bible College and the School of Ministry for 15 years. Also, he serves as Senior Police Chaplain with the Fountain Valley Police Department. He enjoys weight-lifting and exercise and Brynn enjoys the arts, owning Starlight Theatre OC in Costa Mesa, a performing arts theatre performing Broadway musicals and plays for children and adults. They have three adult sons, and one grandson, Jayce. Dray, the middle son is on staff at the church part-time as Youth Pastor. One of the biggest ministry accomplishments Brent has had is the privilege of teaching through the entire Bible verse by verse nearly 2 times. Together, Brent and Brynn serve the Voyage family which is one of the most rewarding experiences of their lives

Youth Minister
Dray Wagner
Dray is the 27 year old son of Brent and Brynn. He grew up attending the youth group at Voyage and now has led the Youth Ministry for the last 4 years. He is recently married to Caitlin and they live in south Orange County with son Jayce. Dray works full time with Swift Engineering, currently building an Army helicopter and Caitie is an office manager for a water treatment company in Irvine. Together they serve at Voyage leading the Youth Ministry and in other areas such as worship. Dray is our worship team drummer and Caitie works in technology support of the worship services.

Stephanie Dean
Stephanie Dien was born and raised in sunny SoCal with a bright, fiery passion for serving her Savior, Jesus Christ. She has served the youth of Orange County in various ministry capacities, focusing especially on kids ministry. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to pour into the lives of Voyage’s children and is praying for strong faith for each and every one of them. God is so good all the time and Stephanie endeavors to exhibit His love to others. She constantly praises God for how He “is able to do immeasurably more than we may ask or think” (Ephesians 3:20). All Glory to God!"
